Share your design sketches, tech packs, or reference samples. Our design team reviews every detail — silhouette, fabric, trims, and finishing — to ensure feasibility and cost-efficiency before we begin.
We source and inspect fabrics and trims on-site before purchasing. Color, quality, weight, and hand-feel are verified against your specifications to ensure the right material for each garment.
Our pattern makers create precise patterns graded to your size chart. A pre-production sample is sewn for your approval — fit, construction, and finishing are confirmed before bulk production begins.
Once the sample is approved, production begins. Fabric is cut to size, pieces are sewn together by skilled operators, and garments move through pressing and finishing — all within our 2,500 m² workshop.
Every garment is inspected by our dedicated QC team before packing. We check stitch quality, sizing accuracy, fabric defects, and labeling — ensuring retail-ready products that pass customs inspection.
Approved garments are packed and shipped via air or sea freight. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition — with full tracking every step of the way.
